When you join the founding cohort, we collect the email address, wearable type, personal question and optional tracking-duration response you choose to provide.

We may also record limited traffic-source information, such as UTM campaign values or the referring website origin. The public website does not request or collect biometric measurements, medical records or raw health data.

We use the information to operate the waitlist, invite people to early product testing, understand which wearable integrations matter and learn which categories of personal questions Veille should investigate first.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate site and conversion measurement. Our application analytics events may include the selected wearable category, but they do not include your email address or the free-text question you submit.

Waitlist submissions are stored with our infrastructure providers and are available only for operating Veille and the founding cohort. We do not sell waitlist information or use health information for advertising.

We retain waitlist information while recruiting and running the founding cohort, then review it for deletion or continued relevance. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing hello@getveille.com.

The website waitlist and the future iPhone app are distinct systems. The product is being designed to process health and context data locally where practical. Before the app becomes available, its exact data flows, providers and controls will be documented in a separate product privacy notice.
